Lumina is a premium webcam sold through its own online store. The product already had its form. It still needed a name that could carry it and a storefront that felt as considered as the object. I designed the wordmark, then carried it into a desktop e-commerce site and a mobile web version, so that a visitor feels the same calm, precise product from the first logo to the reserve button.
(2)
Give a new hardware brand a wordmark that holds up on light and dark surfaces.
Keep the web pages from competing with the product photography.
Make the colour selection and the purchase states clear and quiet.
Keep the premium tone on desktop and mobile, with a single path from discovery to reserving.
(3)
I designed the Lumina wordmark and defined its construction, spacing and clearspace on a grid, with a clearspace of 2x.
I built a brand system with the finish palette in light and dark versions and applied it to posters.
I designed the desktop storefront: features, night mode, Cameraman, colours and the reserve flow, with motion for the technology section (feature callouts).
I designed the buy-flow components and their states: the finish selector, quantity stepper with a live total, Buy it now with loading and confirmed states, and the Shop Pay sheet.
I adapted the experience to mobile web as one continuous scroll.
I presented it in device mockups with Day and Night lighting.
Product design, hardware and product photography were not part of my work.
